Hey! Welcome to the Emmaus High School Key Club website. This website serves to support the Emmaus High School branch of Key Club in Emmaus, PA. Members can find information about the officers, the monthly hours, the members on the "Probation" list, and much more. Please check the website often, as it will be updated frequently.
Where & When
Key Club meets every Thursday, unless said otherwise. The meetings are going to be held in the main cafeteria this year. All meetings start right after school at around 2:30-2:35 and will last about half an hour, depending on how quickly the meeting goes and how much information we have to give. We start when almost everyone is there, so don't be late!
Club Updates
September 17th: THIS IS CONCERNING THE ERROR MESSAGE THAT COMES UP WHILE VIEWING THE CLUB HOURS PAGE USING INTERNET EXPLORER. For some people, there might be an error message that pops up saying that it can't open the page and that the operation has been aborted. If this happens, click the close button on the first dialog box and then Cancel if another dialog box opens up. There is nothing wrong with the page and I'm not sure why it's doing this. Bare with me; I'm trying to fix it.
Today was our first official meeting. The 10th would have been, but the morning announcements screwed it up. Oh well. Even with this mistake, we had a great turn out and thank you to everyone who joined us today! I've updated some pages today and during the summer, so make sure you check it out and feel free to talk to us about any changes you'd like to see, site wise or club wise!

September 2nd: So today was the freshmen orientation and the club fair. Most of the Key Club officers were there in the cafeteria handing out brochures to prospective members and their parents. I was there during most of the morning myself. We hope to see a bunch of new faces at the first meeting!
Speaking of first meetings, Key Club's first meeting is going to be help September 10th, right after school in the main cafeteria. We switched a lot of things around this year, so we'll explain everything at the first meeting.

August 11th: Hello Key Club members. Hope you're all having a great summer so far. Just recently, the other officers and myself have gotten together to discuss this upcoming year. There are going to be some changes to the club this year, so be prepared!
First thing I would like all you to know is that we are calling every current member of Key Club and telling you all about 2 hours we have coming up. Before our first meeting?? I know, outrageous! But your volunteering should never end even during summer vacation! Both of these hours are Stadium Clean-up hours, starting at 7:30am at the EHS Maintenance Parking Lot. The dates for these are September 5th and September 12th. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The next thing I would like to let you know is that our Lt. Governor for our district (aka Rob Narayana) is organizing a district wide get-together. This will take place at the August 31st Iron Pig Game at Coca Cola Park/Iron Pigs Stadium! By going, you'll get to meet other Key Clubbers from Parkland, Central Catholic, Bethlehem, and other schools near us! Unfortunately, we will not be able to order tickets in advance, so because of this, you will have to go online at Ironpigsbaseball.com or call 610-841-PIGS (610-841-7447) to order tickets. General Admission (lawn) tickets are $6 and the game starts at 7pm. If you're interested in going, please purchase tickets by August 17th!
Lastly, at the Iron Pigs game, we will all be doing an Angel Network drive for any school supplies! You will receive 1 hour for every 3 notebooks or one bag of school supplies you donate. Things you can buy include erasers, pencils, pens, notebook paper, anything kids might need for school! It will be a fun filled night where you can meet other kids that live near us and are interested in helping their communities just like us! Hope to see you all there.
